BELLEFONTE — The Stage at Talleyrand (SAT) Improvement Committee declared on Monday the official choosing of Hoffman Leakey Architects (HLA) to assist with the design and progress of the undertaking arts phase, the biggest public, open up-air phase in Centre County.
